Introductory Childbirth class!

Please bring a partner with you to class—anyone you love and feel supported by is welcome. If your usual partner can’t attend due to other commitments, try to invite a friend or family member. Class is always more fun (and reassuring) with a companion.

• Dress comfortably so you can move and relax with ease.

• To keep our space calm and focused, please silence all phones and devices during class.

• Out of respect for everyone’s privacy, please no video recording.
